One Time Cleans
A single cleaning session, often requested when people are coming to visit or a home is going to be shown.
Maintenance Cleans
AKA regular clean. Done on a regular, recurring basis. Ongoing cleaning to keep a property in good condition. It involves routine tasks to prevent buildup of dirt and grime. Maintenance to the level of clean established in the initial clean.
Construction Cleans
After a renovation or construction project, this service ensures that the space is thoroughly cleaned, removing dust, debris, and construction residue.
Window Cleaning
Focused on cleaning window glass, frames, and sills to maintain clear views and enhance natural light.
Pressure Washing
Using pressure washer to clean surfaces like driveways, sidewalks, decks, and siding.
Recurring Cleans
Regularly scheduled cleaning services, such as weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits to maintain a clean home
Move-in/Move-out Cleans
This clean is done when the home is empty. The walls get wiped down, ceiling fans, baseboards,and blinds are cleaned. Inside and outside of cabinets and appliances. This is done in all areas of the home.
Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstery, specifically furniture upholstery (such as sofas, chairs, and mattresses) cleainging. It involves removing stains, dust, odors, and allergens from the piece, leaving it fresh and clean.
Event Cleaning
Cleaning services before or after events, parties, or gatherings to ensure the space is spotless.
Deep Cleans (Spring clean)
A comprehensive and thorough cleaning beyond basic tasks. It involves hand washing cabinets, vacuuming upholstery, polishing wood, cleaning the oven, ceiling fan blades, and more. Recommended to clients who haven’t had their home professionally cleaned in a while.
Rental/ AirBNB Cleans
This clean is done in-between renter. All mess, crumbs, and smells left behind from checking out renter are addressed. Bathrooms and all other areas are sanitized. Also called a change-over or turn-over cleaning.
Carpet Cleaning
Focused on deep cleaning and stain removal for carpets. Methods include steam cleaning, dry cleaning, or shampooing
Grout Cleaning
Targeted cleaning of grout lines between tiles.
